| At Nephin Halls you will find that
our apartments are fitted to a high standard.
Each apartment comes fully equipped with a fitted
kitchen including cooker, microwave, crockery,
cooking utensils, fridge freezer and washer dryer.
The living and dining area is fully furnished
to ensure a home from home feel is achieved.
We also have apartments to cater for students
with disabilities.
Kitchen/Living area: The kitchen is
fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glass
ware and cooking utensils. Apartments are also
provided with a kettle, toaster, microwave,
iron/ironing board. A colour TV and DVD player
is also provided.
Bedroom/Study Facilities: The bedrooms
are equipped with a study desk and lamp along
with internet access per student. We provide
a pillow and duvet for the bed but the student
must provide bed linen and towels.
Hallway: All apartments are fitted with
a telephone for incoming and internal calls.
Electricity, heating and water heating are supported
by nightsaver electricity. A Hot press room
is off the hallway, ideal for storage.
Shower room: The apartments are either
fitted with a shower room or bathroom with shower
over. There are limited ensuites available.
We also cater for full disabled ensuite facilities.
Housekeeping: We hold regular scheduled
apartment inspections to ensure a good standard
of cleanliness is being maintained. Students
are liable for the cost of damages and any cleaning
requirements for apartments being neglected.
All common areas throughout the complex are
maintained to an excellent standard by our onsite
staff.
